This past weekend the Hillsboro split recent games, defeating the Washington Blue Lions, 62-55 for a Southern Hills League win Friday night but falling to the Goshen Warriors, 63-49 on Saturday.

Though the Hillsboro Lady Indians went even with the Miami Trace Lady Panthers after the first quarter Saturday afternoon, that wasn't quite enough to take down the defending South Central Ohio League champions

Scoring 31 points in the first half, the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs didn't hold back Monday night, defeating Southern Hills League foe West Union, 61-21 at WUHS.

On Monday night at Washington Senior High School, the McClain Lady Tigers shot their way to another South Central Ohio League win. Shooting 79-percent from the field, MHS, behind three players who scored in double figures, defeated the Washington Lady Blue Lions 54-35 for the season sweep.

Behind another 20-plus point output by Joe Michael, along with double-figure scoring from Doc Seip and Gage Carraher, the Whiteoak Wildcats gained a Southern Hills League win over the Manchester Greyhounds, 57-43.

The Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs broke their recent two-game slide Saturday afternoon with a 46-26 Southern Hills League win over Highland County rival Fairfield.
