    The two-game winning streak by the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs was snapped on Monday night, due in large part to a third frame where they were outscored by 13 points. LC was unable to defend their home court in a 58-46 Southern Hills League loss to the Peebles Lady Indians.

There was physical play in the paint, tough pressure defense and for good measure possibly an elbow or two, and one intentional foul as the Mustangs crashed the Wildcats' homecoming festivities 60-53.
