Hugh Burton, Jr., 67, of Chillicothe, formerly of New Vienna, the ninth child of 13 children of the late Hugh Burton Sr. and Sarah Burton Palmer, passed away March 7, 2015 at the Chillicothe V.A. Medical Center that had been his home for 30 years due to many health issues.
