Penelope S. "Penni" Mosely, 68, of  Mowrystown, passed away Wednesday afternoon, Oct. 21, 2015 at Heartland of Hillsboro.
 
She was born Oct. 13, 1947 in Middletown, the daughter of the late Paul Edwin Rogers and Helen Esther Seaman Rogers.
 
Penni was a member of Mowrystown Presbyterian Church and the Whiteoak Valley Grange.
 
Surviving are two sons, Kevin Mosely of Mowrystown and Donald (Christine) Mosely of Sardinia; daughter, Hillary Peyton of Sevierville, Tenn.; 13 grandchildren, Amy, Shane, Shawn, Zackary, Nathan, Matthew, Samantha, Miranda, Ally, Adam, Austin, Ryan and Danielle; two brothers, Paul E. Rogers, Jr. of Warsaw, Ind. and Donald (Gayle) Rogers of Lebanon; two stepdaughters, Jerri Anna Rowan of Cincinnati and Jennifer Ann Patterson of Cincinnati; and several nieces and nephews.
 
In addition to her parents, Penni was preceded in death by her husband Cecil M. Mosely, who passed away in 1998.

Services will be held at Edgington Funeral Home, Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015 at 11 a.m. with Rev. Mark Mong officiating. Interment will follow in the Mowrystown Cemetery, Mowrystown.
 
Friends will be received at Edgington Funeral Home, 17 E Main St. Mowrystown, on Monday, Oct. 26, 2015 from 6-8 p.m.
 
Contributions may be made to the Mowrystown Presbyterian Church Memorial Fund.
