Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine has released a report outlining several issues surrounding Ohio's child welfare system, specifically the state's foster care system.

The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that the application of Ohio's updated business tax to gasoline sales is unconstitutional. According to the court, the tax had inappropriately diverted $140 million a year from fuel sales to non-roadwork accounts for schools and cities.
