Firefighters called to Millers Chapel Road

Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District and the Southern Highland Joint Fire District responded to this chimney fire at a Millers Chapel Road residence late Wednesday evening and into the early morning hours Thursday.

Firefighters worked to extinguish the smoke and fire from the chimney and roofing areas of the home, just south of New Market.

Firefighters were dispatched from stations in Hillsboro, Mowrystown and Sugar Tree Ridge.
