The Georgetown Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a one-vehicle fatal crash that occurred on SR 221 in the area of mile post #1, Lewis Township, Brown County.
At approximately 10 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 25, a single-vehicle accident occurred in the 10000 block of S.R. 138 near Rattlesnake Creek in Greenfield. The vehicle crossed the center line, veering off the roadway and striking a stone driveway culvert. Both airbags were deployed.
