This year at Hillsboro City Schools held a poster contest in the middle school set up by Janet Fair the Student Assistant and Prevention Specialist and the Middle Schools Art Teacher, Sarah Horsley.

Bright Elementary is pleased to announce the October Great PATHS kids for the 2010-11 school year. PATHS (Promoting Alternative Thinking Strategies) is a program implemented at the school which promotes interpersonal relationships and understanding emotions.
A Family Fun Fitness Night was held at Buckskin Elementary School on Thursday, Oct. 14. The event was held to promote exercise and good nutrition as well as allow families the opportunity to come to school and be active together.
