    Lions fall to MT Panthers for non-conference loss

    Both the Miami Trace Panthers and Fairfield Lions were coming off Friday night wins entering their Saturday night matchup. The second and third frames proved to be the ultimate difference in the non-conference meeting, as the Panthers topped the host Lions 82-75 at Grandle Gymnasium.

    In their biggest test to date this year, the Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs were unable to come out on the winning side of the scoreboard for the first time this season. Being held to single-figure scoring twice, LC fell to the North Adams Lady Green Devils, 48-36.
