Each year for at least the past 10 years, Oscar has enjoyed a motorcycle ride on his birthday courtesy of Dean Greene. This year was no exception. With the addition of a sidecar, Dean and Oscar wheeled off into the afternoon air on Dean’s Gold Wing.

The Highland County Senior Citizen Center is now offering yoga, provided by Sharon Fulkerson of Hospice of Hope, every Monday at 1:30 p.m. at the Center, 185 Muntz Street, Hillsboro. A spaghetti dinner fundraiser will be held at the Hillsboro Bible Baptist Church Sunday, July 22 beginning at 7:30 p.m.
