Cookies with Characters, a new fundraising event at the Highland County Senior Citizens Center, will be Saturday, Oct. 10 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. If you like Disney princesses, super heroes and other popular characters, you’ll love this event.
Jacob Heltebrand was the overall showmanship winner. Jacob had the opportunity to participate in showman of showman on Friday and placed fifth overall.
Joseph Rudy placed first with his senior heifer calf and his senior yearling heifer. He also placed second with his summer yearling and his junior yearling heifer. He placed third in the dairy showmanship.
