Local author Chris Collins will visit the Hillsboro Public Library to present her novel "Jack of Hearts" on Oct. 8. "Jack of Hearts" is Chris' first novel. She will be at the library from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and read an excerpt of her book at 7 p.m. Everyone is invited.
