Jack and Kay Fender earn Patriot Award

Jack and Kay Fender were awarded the 2014 Patriot Award at the Highland County Fair. The Fenders were chosen in recognition of their outstanding support of the junior fair activities over the past 25-plus years.

The award was presented by the 2014 Highland County Fair Board members.

The Patriot Award was presented to the Fenders by Board Member Delmar Ferguson.
