A Hillsboro woman has been arrested for inducing panic. Cheryl Irwin, 46, of Hillsboro was charged by the Hillsboro Police Department this week. On Nov. 26 at approximately 11:35 p.m., HPD received a call that Irwin was on her way to a residence on South East Street, and the caller advised that Irwin had a gun in her vehicle.
