Altrusa of Highland County will host its quarter raffle on Thursday, Nov. 10 at the Hillsboro Orpheum, 135 N. High St. in Hillsboro. The doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the raffle starts at 6:30 p.m.
The open enrollment period for Medicare is Oct. 15 through Dec. 17. The Area Agency on Aging District 7 is available to assist individuals through this process.
