A child's face while opening a toy on Christmas morning is the basis of most fond childhood memories. 

Through the generosity of Highland County residents, an organization working to make certain that every local child - despite their economic situation - has something under the tree this year.

After a brief standoff this week, Chillicothe Police Arrested a Stoutsville man who was wanted by the FBI.
  According to the CPD, they had received information that Landon Price, 34, was at an apartment at 203 Lincoln Park in Chillicothe.
