A Washington Court House man has been sentenced to prison after pleading guilty to a first-degree felony drug trafficking charge in Highland County Common Pleas Court.

McCarty Associates, located at 213 North High Street, Hillsboro, celebrated 60 years of serving the community with a ribbon cutting from the Highland County Chamber of Commerce, along with family, friends and members of the community, on Friday, May 31.

A Greenfield man indicted on six charges, including three counts of first-degree felony rape, was among the dozen indictments handed down by a Highland County grand jury in their Tuesday, June 4 session.
