On Aug. 23, the Batavia Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Union Township Police Department, held an OVI Checkpoint between the hours of 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. on state Route 125 near Bach Buxton Road in Pierce Township, Clermont County.
