Greenfield fifth-graders donate to Shriners in 4th annual Art for a Cause

This spring, Greenfield fifth-graders used their creative talent to raise money for Shriners, and last week they were able to give to the organization what the auctioning of their artwork earned.

The multiflora rose
They are so pretty, cascading out from the edge of the woods and flowing into the fields. Honeybees love them and gladly gather their yellow pollen. And so it seems that they do have some redeeming values. I, however, consider them my archenemy.
