The attempted murder case in Highland County Common Pleas Court involving a defendant who was a juvenile at the time of the alleged offense was dismissed Friday, Sept. 18 on motion of the state.

As high as gasoline and diesel prices are across the nation, they are even higher in Ohio, according to the American Automobile Association.

U.S. Transportation Secretary Sean P. Duffy this week announced a 90-day increase in the federal driving limits for truckers hauling gasoline and diesel fuel in an effort to restrain soaring energy costs and stabilize domestic supply chains.
