The Fourth District Court of Appeals will convene on Thursday, Sept. 25 at 9:30 a.m. in the Highland County Common Pleas Courtroom, Highland County Courthouse, in Hillsboro to consider cases from Adams, Highland, Meigs and Ross counties.

The Best of the Buckeye program, coordinated by OCA in conjunction with the Ohio Beef Expo and Ohio State Fair, had a strong show with more than 170 head of cattle nominated by youth and breeders to date.
