On July 20, the Hillsboro FFA chapter kicked off the first meeting of the 2023-24 year. The meeting took place at the Holland family’s house and was held by the newly elected officers, as most of them ran one for the first time.

Hillsboro City Schools Thursday announced its 2023-24 program year policy for free and reduced price meals and free milk program for students unable to pay the full price of meals or milk served under the National School Lunch and School Breakfast, After School Care Snack or Special Milk Programs. Each school office and the central office has a copy of the policy, which may be reviewed by any interested party.
