    The Fairfield Lady Lions pounded out 12 hits, four for extra bases, in a 14-1 rout of the Manchester Lady Greyhounds in a Southern Hills League game played Wednesday at Fairfield High School.

    Kept to four hits on the day, the Fairfield Lions were unable to gain any momentum on the bases as they fell to the Manchester Greyhounds 4-0 in Southern Hills League play.

    The Fairfield Lady Lions hosted the Eastern Brown Lady Warriors Friday at Fairfield High School, in Leesburg.  The game featured two of the top teams in the Southern Hills League as Fairfield fell to the hot hitting Eastern Lady Warriors 7-3.

    The Fairfield Lady Lions traveled to Peebles High School Thursday with first place in the Southern Hills League Division II on the line. The Peebles Lady Indians broke a 1-1 tie, with an unearned run, in the bottom of the seventh inning for a 2-1 win.
