Fairfield JV baseball improves to 3-0 on the season

The Fairfield JV baseball team defeated Eastern, 14-4 in six innings innings, recently.

Offensively for the Lions, Ryan Bates went 2-for-2.

Also for the Lions, Gage Montgomery was 2-for-4 with five RBIs, and Joey Wilson was 3-for-4, with two RBIs.

Wilson also earned the win on the mound. He pitched six innings, striking out 12. He also walked three and allowed three hits.

Fairfield has outscored their opponents 26-7 this season.[[In-content Ad]]
