Highland County will be well represented in the 2011 State Cross-Country Championships next Saturday as Hillsboro's Collin Rothwell and Fairfield's Michael Mangus and Blake Hildebrant all raced their way to Top 16 finishes in their respective regional meets the Saturday at Pickerington North High School.

The Fairfield Lions wrapped up their '11 season Monday evening with a 4-0 loss to the Eastern Brown Warriors in a Division III SE District Semifinal match at EBHS.
The Fairfield Lions boys cross-country team won their Division II SE District (District I) championship, while the Hillsboro Indians boys placed fourth in their Division II, District II meet to reach the regional tournament next weekend.
