    CHILLICOTHE – The wins keep on coming for the McClain Tiger boys soccer team this season as they traveled to VA Memorial Stadium and defeated non-league opponent North Adams 3-1 Monday night.

    BAINBRIDGE – The Paint Valley Bearcats jumped back on the winning side of things Friday night as they broke a two-game losing skid by dominating the Southeastern Panthers 42-14 in each teams Scioto Valley Conference opener.

    LONDON – A big, impact play at the start wasn’t enough for the McClain Tigers to sustain blow after blow by the state-ranked London Red Raiders Friday night as the Tigers dropped their first game of the season 55-28.

  • Massie runs through Hillsboro

    The Clinton-Massie Falcons didn’t have to fly to gain their fourth win of the season, as their ground game did most of the work in their 44-7 South Central Ohio League opener victory over the Hillsboro Indians Friday night at Richards Memorial Field.

  • Lady Tigers fall to Washington

    GREENFIELD – Improvement in overall play has been key for the McClain Lady Tigers thus far this season, but they were unable the fend off the powerful and aggressive Washington Lady Blue Lions Thursday night as WSHS took the South Central Ohio League match in four sets at McClain High School.

    DODSONVILLE - Using their overall team speed this season the Lynchburg-Clay Mustangs stayed undefeated with victories in their past two games, defeating Highland County foe Fairfield 4-1 and Southern Hills League rival Ripley 3-0.

    The Lynchburg-Clay Lady Mustangs soccer team recently split their past two games as they were victorious over county rival Fairfield 4-0 and were defeated by the Ripley Lady Blue Jays 3-2.

    LIONS 2nd at XC Classic – Despite having three runners missing due to the Highland County Fair, the Fairfield boys Jr. High cross country  team  finished second out of 11 schools at the 10th annual Xenia Christian Ambassador XC Classic Sept. 12.
