9 Highland County athletes named to All-District 14 Volleyball teams
The District 14 Volleyball Coaches Association released its All-District teams this week, with nine Highland County volleyball players honored for their play this fall.
Leading the way for Highland County was Fairfield senior Jobey Hattan, who was selected to the Div. VI/VII first team.
For the second team, Hillsboro senior Samantha Tipton was honored in Div. III/IV, while Fairfield senior Kelsey Clark and Lynchburg-Clay junior Joslyn Rockey were recognized in Div. VI/VII.
Receiving Honorable Mention recognition were Hillsboro sophomore Tylee Davis and McClain senior Kylea Toney in Division III/IV. For Div. VI/VII, Fairfield senior Mackenzie Anderson, Lynchburg-Clay sophomore Kylee O’Connor and Whiteoak senior Kylee Hamm all earned Honorable Mention.
