Don, Peggy Edwards commemorate 70th anniversary with Operation Christmas Child donation

Don and Peggy Edwards celebrated their 70th wedding anniversary surrounded by family and friends on Sunday, Sept. 29 at Hillsboro Global Methodist Church.

In place of gifts, the couple asked attendees to bring a small gift for the Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes that the church prepares every year. It was truly a wonderful and inspiring day.
