Oct. 2
A resident of the 7600 block of Spickard Road reported vandalism.
A deputy responded to the 9200 block of state Route 138 after a report of misuse of credit card. This incident remains under investigation.
A resident of the 5400 block of Powell Road reported vandalism.
Deputies responded to the 3600 block of Anderson Road after a report of an intoxicated person attempting to walk on the roadway. After investigation, Devon A. Knisley, 38, of Hillsboro, was found to be intoxicated and disorderly. Knisley was placed under arrest and secured in the back seat of a deputy’s vehicle. Knisley kicked out the rear passenger window before being removed and placed in another deputy’s vehicle and transported to the Justice Center. Knisley was charged with disorderly while intoxicated and vandalism.
Oct. 3
Deputies responded to the 5600 block of Concord Road after a report of a person assaulted. After investigation, Jesse J. Morgan, 34, of Hillsboro was arrested and charged with domestic violence.
