Frances E. Carrier, 86, of Findlay, died Monday evening, Dec. 27, 2010 at the Good Samaritan Center in Arlington, Ohio.

Brown County bank robbed twice in less than two months
For the second time in less than two months, the Merchants Bank in Higginsport was robbed, according to the Brown County Sheriff's Office.
 According to the sheriff's office website, at approximately 8:40 a.m. on Dec. 28, a lone male suspect entered the bank and produced a note demanding money, and implied he had a weapon.
