    Firefighters battled a blaze at a home off of Roush Road on Tuesday afternoon.

    The home, owned by Robert “Bob” Quickle, was destroyed by the fire.

    “It really hurts,” Mr. Quickle said. “No one was home at the time, and we don’t know what happened. Except for some things in the garage, we lost everything we have. But possessions can be replaced – people can’t, and I’m thankful no one was hurt.”
