The Fourth District Court of Appeals will convene Thursday, Feb. 22 at 10 a.m. in the Highland County Common Pleas Courtroom, Highland County Courthouse, in Hillsboro to consider appeals from Highland, Jackson, Pickaway and Ross counties.
The Wilmington Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a single-vehicle fatal crash. The crash occurred Friday, Feb. 9, at approximately 8:40 a.m. on state Route 753 near mile post 12 in Paint Township, Highland County.
