    Helpful information including Agency highlights, facts and figures were included in the Area Agency on Aging District 7’s (AAA7) 2023 Annual Report. The AAA7 provides services to 10 core counties in Ohio including Adams, Brown, Gallia, Highland, Jackson, Lawrence, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Vinton.
  • AAA7 receives Accreditation of Case Management for Long-Term Services and Supports from NCQA
    The Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7) has received Accreditation of Case Management for Long-Term Services and Supports from the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) for its PASSPORT and Assisted Living Medicaid Waiver Programs for a period of three years.

    The Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7) and the Shawnee State University Occupational Therapy (OT) Program are once again joining together to provide falls prevention education to the community through a Facebook livestream series, “Fall-Free Fridays.”

The AAA7 recognizes Bristol Village for their partnership in hosting the event for the second year in a row.
  • Free CEU training for social workers, nurses offered through the Area Agency on Aging District 7
    A free continuing education training will soon be available virtually sponsored by the Area Agency on Aging District 7 (AAA7). “Opioid Use Disorders and Older Adults: Pharmageddon” will be held Thursday, Sept. 26 from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m., presented by Brian Bethel, PhD., LPCC-S, LCDC III, RPT-S.
