A Cincinnati man, Carlos Edward Thurman Jr., 40, was sentenced last Thursday to 210 months (17.5 years) in federal prison, by U.S. District Judge David L. Bunning, for conspiracy to distribute and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine, heroin and cocaine.
