The Highland County Democratic Party will give away Christmas treats to local children. This event will be held Friday, Dec. 22 and Saturday, Dec. 23 from noon to 6 p.m. at the Democratic Party Headquarters, 221 Chillicothe Avenue, Hillsboro.
