Southern State Singers to perform concert June 6

The Southern State Singers will present “Our Spring Collection: A Little Something for Everybody” concert 3 p.m. Sunday, June 6, in Room 107 on Southern State Community College’s Central Campus, 100 Hobart Drive, Hillsboro.
The program will include a variety of tunes, including “Heilig,” “The Last Words of David,” “The Awakening,” “Spring and Fall,” “The Animals Improvise Counterpoint,” “My Heart Will Go On,” “The 1930’s” (a medley of “Brother Can You Spare a Dime,” “Up a Lazy River,” “It’s Only a Paper Moon,” “Stompin’ at the Savoy” and “Jeepers Creepers”), “Five Limericks,” “Carrickfergus,” “Shenandoah” and “Why We Sing.”
