ERA Donald Fender Classic agents honored

ERA Donald Fender Classic is proud to announce that five of their agents have earned the prestigious Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club award for 2025, placing them among the top 10% of real estate agents across the state of Ohio. The Ohio REALTORS® President’s Sales Club recognizes members who demonstrate high standards of producer excellence, market knowledge, and client service. To qualify, agents must meet strict sales volume or transaction requirements within the qualifying period. 

The Award of Achievement, requiring at least $1 million in sales, was awarded to Randy Butler, Shane Swayne, and Rick Williams. The Award of Distinction, requiring at least $2.5 million in sales, was awarded to Jenny Hilterbran. The Award of Excellence, requiring at least $5 million in sales, was awarded to Tim Ross.
