Highland Humane Society launches pet photo contest for annual calendar
The Highland Humane Society is excited to announce the launch of its inaugural Pet Pix Photo Contest to feature local pets in its upcoming 2025 calendar.
Pet owners are invited to submit their favorite photos of their pets for a chance to be featured and win great prizes.
The contest is open to all pets — whether they are furry, feathered or scaly. Entries will be judged based on public voting, and the top 12 winners will have their photos featured in the 2025 calendar. Additionally, the grand prize winner will be showcased on the calendar's cover.
Details of the Contest:
• Entry Fee: $10 per photo.
• Voting: $1 per vote.
Prizes:
• Grand Prize: The top-voted photo will be featured on the cover of the 2025 calendar and will win a $100 Chewy Gift Card.
• Second Place: $50 Chewy Gift Card.
• Third Place: $25 Chewy Gift Card.
• Top 12: Each winning photo will be featured in the calendar, and winners will receive one free calendar.
• Runners-Up: The top 24 runner-up photos will also be featured at the bottom of a calendar month.
How to Enter:
Pet owners can submit their photos at https://gogophotocontest.com/highlandhumanesociety, where friends and family can also vote for their favorite photos. All proceeds from the contest will go toward supporting the Highland Humane Society’s efforts to care for and rehome local animals.
Calendars will be available for preorder at $20 each, with an additional $5 for shipping. Calendars can also be picked up at the shelter.
