Faye Wooden donates hair to Locks of Love

Faye Wooden donates her hair for the 2nd time to Locks of Love.  Faye is 9 years old and will be entering the 4th grade at Hillsboro Elementary. The last time she donated her hair was 3 years ago, which was the last time she had cut her hair.  Her reason for the donation is to help other children. Hair was cut at Judy's Hair Station.
