Larry M. Stauffer

Larry M. Stauffer, 80, passed away Friday, Aug. 7, 2026 at his home in Bainbridge. 

He was born May 16, 1946 to the late David and Lydia Stauffer. 

He was the husband of Arlene B. Stauffer, to whom he was married for 60 years. 

He was a member of the old order Stauffer Mennonite Church in Bainbridge.
 
In addition to his wife Arlene, he is survived by four sons, Gene (Kathryn), Daryl (Mary Ellen), Larry Jr. (Carolee) and Stanley (Lovely); 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Leon (Gladys), Edwin (Alta) and David (Pauline); and nine sisters, Edith (late Ben Martin), Mildred (late Elam Martin), Nora (late Ray Brubaker), Gladys (Harvey Martin), Sylvia (Ivan Brubaker), Dorothy (Earl Brubaker), Edna (John David Auker), Susan (Ralph Brubaker) and Fern (Roy Auker).
 
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Robert and Nelson; a sister, Lydia Ann; and one great-grandchild, Tanner Hayes.
 
Visitation will be Tuesday, Aug. 11 at 559 McNary Road, Bainbridge, from 1-3 p.m. and 5-7 p.m. 

Funeral services will be 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 12 at the home and 1 p.m. at the Stauffer Mennonite Church on Brier Road. Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery. Kindly omit flowers. 

The Smith-Moore-Ebright Funeral Home of Bainbridge is serving the family.
