Whiteoak High School represented in Ohio State Fair youth band

Caught at the 2026 Ohio State Fair in the youth band are two members from Whiteoak High School, the only members from Highland County. 

Sophomore percussionist Ivy Garrison (left) is in her first year, and graduate Conner Wiscaver (right) is a fourth year member.
