City of Hillsboro lifts Phase II water emergency
The City of Hillsboro announced Tuesday, Nov. 26 that the Phase II water emergency has been lifted, after nearly three months.
“Thank you for your cooperation and conservation throughout the drought,” the City of Hillsboro announcement says.
Hillsboro safety and service director Brianne Abbott originally issued the water emergency order Sept. 10. It is the second-most serious emergency classification of the three levels permitted under city code.
