With school resuming across Highland County following last week’s fair break, it’s back to business at Greenfield’s school district, as the board of education heard Greenfield Elementary updates and information on the state’s report cards. 

Luca Matesic is this year’s homecoming queen, and the court consists of first attendant Allie Flowers, second attendant Skylar Mazo, senior attendant Jacolyn Bolender, junior attendant Randa Marion, sophomore attendant Ava Hawkins, and freshman attendant Shelby Wise. 

More than two months after the Madison Township trustees' action, emergency 911 calls made to the Highland County Sheriff's Office from township residents are not being transferred to the Greenfield Police Department, according to Greenfield City Manager Todd Wilkin. However, the sheriff disagrees with that assessment.
