A man was shot and killed during a home invasion in the Bainbridge area Monday, according to the Pike County Sheriff's Office. Sheriff Richard Henderson told The Highland County Press on Tuesday that in the 4000 block of Morgan Fork Road Monday morning a property owner interrupted a home invasion. The property has a Bainbridge address, he said, but it is located in Pike County.
Ohio Attorney General Mike DeWine has announced a $26 million settlement with CareSource, a Dayton-based managed health care company, and its related corporate entities. The settlement resolves allegations that CareSource submitted false data and received reimbursements from Medicaid for health care services it did not provide.
