A Hillsboro man has pleaded guilty to two felony charges related to child pornography in Highland County Common Pleas Court. Dana Jeter, 52, of Hillsboro, entered guilty pleas on counts one and two of a 17-count indictment Wednesday. As part of the plea agreement, the remaining 15 counts were dismissed.
