    Homecoming festivities at McClain High School will begin at 6:30 p.m.
  • Ohio EPA awards stimulus funds for home septic system
    Nearly $5 million from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and Ohio EPA's Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) will go to counties, cities and villages across Ohio to allow homeowners to repair or replace failing home septic systems. Ohio EPA and the Ohio Department of Health (ODH) are working with U.S. EPA to distribute the funds.

    It is hard to believe that we have officially reached the fall season. While it seems to be a bit later than usual, we are seeing the beginning stages of foliage changing to the expected colors of the fall. The change to fall this year won’t be as dramatic since we didn’t experience our typically hot and humid summer.  It probably will be too much to ask for a milder than usual fall after the summer that we experienced.
