Over the past two years, Rhodes has served in various leadership positions on the Carroll County Farm Bureau Board of Trustees and was most recently elected to serve as the board’s president.

She was an integral part of her county Farm Bureau’s award-winning Check Your Engine Program team to raise awareness of farmer mental wellness and was an Ohio Farm Bureau Special 10 scholarship award winner, allowing her to attend the 2024 American Farm Bureau Young Farmer & Rancher Leadership Conference in Omaha, Nebraska. A first generation agriculturalist, Rhodes obtained her American FFA Degree in 2021 and is currently a 4-H Youth mentor and coach, specializing in livestock. She also serves as the Dairy Princess Program coordinator for Carroll County and sits on the program’s promotion board. As a recipient of a state certification through Stark State Community College, Rhodes serves as a third-generation firefighter for the Augusta Township Volunteer Fire Department.

Ohio Farm Bureau is the state’s largest and most inclusive farm and food membership organization. Its mission is working together for Ohio farmers to advance agriculture and strengthen communities.
