It seems simple to this old farm boy

It seems to me if you don’t want to get harmed out in the streets, the right idea is to stay home. Petition your federal or state representatives if you don’t like the laws as they stand. Or go to the media.

The actions in Minneapolis remind me of the old films from Russia in 1917 and onward. This was probably necessary in a repressive society such as the one there and then. I wouldn’t put on a coat and go out in the cold for anything that is happening here.

The problem we have at this point is that the current administration (elected in 2024) is having to undo previous administrations that ignored the laws. It leads to some sad circumstances. Perhaps we should develop something like the Marshall Plan for Somalia.

The Marshall Plan aided Europe in getting back on its feet after World War II. But the Marshall Plan for Somalia should be in Somalia, not Minneapolis.

Those who come here to steal federal handouts would not get a ride back to Somalia, they would go to prison; they get to stay for 50 or 60 years.

I would be in favor of riots in the streets if we had an oppressive, illegitimate government – maybe. Lyndon Johnson and Richard Nixon killed 55,000 of my peers in an illegitimate war in Vietnam. I didn’t riot then.

Rosa Parks staged a one-person protest in Montgomery. That protest was just. The old Jim Crow South was completely prejudiced and corrupt.

The modern U.S. is mostly corruption free. Yes, they have politicians that line their pockets (I am looking at you, Nancy Pelosi) and influential people who bribe voters (I’ll not mention the name I have in mind; his thugs might decide to visit me or the HCP).

However, compared to the past, we are relatively clean.

Get off the street. Let law enforcement do its job. If you don’t like it, petition your representatives.

This is not 1917 Russia or 1933 Germany. The U.S. is not even close to being those places or 1989 Tiananmen Square. This is the civilized United States.

I thought the other day that the "Blackhawk Down" incident from 1993 is fomenting again in Minneapolis in 2026! Corruption, unrest, tribes, stolen food and money, local warlords, no armored vehicles, and my brothers and sisters are on the ground doing their duty; enforcing laws, standards, decency, and what the majority of true Americans want. We want adherence and loyalty to the US Constitution, to the law, to the safety of Citizens, and to the Commandments and teachings of God and His Son, Jesus Christ.
