John Torok was sentenced last week by Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas Judge Terry Nestor to 18 months of community control with a suspended 18-month prison sentence and ordered to pay $152,500 in restitution in addition to court costs.
The Hamilton Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal vehicle crash that occurred Tuesday, May 16 at approximately 9:05 p.m. The crash occurred on Interstate 75 near mile post 12 in the Village of Lockland, Hamilton County.
