Both the Hillsboro Christian Academy varsity teams earned a victory Jan. 4 against the Fayette Christian School’s varsity teams. The HCA Lady Crusaders defeated the FCS Lady Crusaders, 32-25. The HCA Crusaders defeated the FCS Crusaders, 56-42.
The Hillsboro Christian Academy Lady Crusaders took part in the 2023 River City Classic hosted by Ripley-Union-Lewis-Huntington High School on Dec. 27 and 28. The Lady Crusaders finished last in the competition, finishing 0-2 as they played the Bethel-Tate Lady Tigers and the Robertson County (Ky.) Lady Devils.
Hillsboro Christian Academy sent their varsity teams to Adams County Christian School for a double-header on Dec. 8. The HCA Lady Crusaders defeated the ACCS Lady Eagles by a final score of 32-26. The Crusaders beat the Eagles in the varsity boys match, 67-45.
